A business profile connects your company’s verified identity to the numbers you rent through Fuse. It is what turns an anonymous phone number into one that networks associate with your business.

What registration supports

Use accurate details. Your legal, registration, address and representative information all need to be correct and consistent. Incorrect or inconsistent details may delay approval, or prevent it.

What registration cannot do

Registration improves your trust signals. It does not control what happens at the other end of the call. It cannot guarantee answer rates, that your caller name is displayed, or that your calls are never labeled as spam. Each receiving network makes its own display and filtering decisions.

Number health

Fuse monitors the health of your numbers using recent calling outcomes. A number rated unsatisfactory is removed from automatic selection, which helps protect your calling reputation. It is also skipped for contact continuity, so a poorly rated number is not reused just because it was used before.
If every active number is rated unsatisfactory, dialing may be paused. It resumes once you add fresh numbers, or once your existing numbers have had time to recover.
If dialing has paused and it is not clear why, contact support.
