My sent emails do not appear in Attio’s Emails tab
This is expected, and there is a good fix. Attio’s Emails tab is filled exclusively by Attio’s own mailbox sync, mirroring inboxes you have connected to Attio directly. It is not open to other tools, so Fuse cannot write into it, and neither can any other platform. Fuse records your sent emails as notes on the person instead. They are all there, just under Notes rather than Emails.Nothing at all is syncing to my CRM
Check Push contact records first, under Settings → Integrations → your CRM on the Sync tab. It is off by default and everything else depends on it. Emails and engagement attach to contact records, so with contact pushing off there is nothing to attach to and both are skipped rather than queued. Some people are not being added
Fuse only pushes people it has an email address or phone number for. Someone with neither is skipped by design. See contacts and companies. Enrich them and they will be picked up on the next sync.Engagement fields are not appearing
Work through these in order:1
Which CRM are you on?
Engagement fields are available on Attio today. HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive are in progress, and Salesforce is behind them. See engagement on contacts.
2
Is Push contact records on?
Engagement is written onto contact records, so it needs contacts to exist first.
3
Has anyone actually engaged?
Fields only appear on people who have opened, clicked, replied or bounced.
4
Give it an hour
Sync runs hourly, not instantly.
I edited a contact and Fuse overwrote it
It should not. When updating an existing record Fuse only fills fields that are empty, so your team’s corrections stand. The exception is a manual push, where you have explicitly asked Fuse to refresh the record. There, overwriting is the intent. If you would rather Fuse never touched a particular field, turn it off on the Fields tab under Settings → Integrations → your CRM. It will be left alone entirely from then on.Something synced late, or not at all
Fuse syncs on a schedule rather than instantly, roughly hourly for contacts, activity and engagement. Something that happened moments ago usually shows up within the hour. Two things take longer:- First sync after connecting. Fuse backfills your history in batches, which can take several passes on a busy account.
- Dialer calls. Fuse waits fifteen minutes after a call ends so the recording, outcome and transcript are attached, then picks it up on the next hourly run.
